I wanted to extend an invitation to an event for Senator Hillary Clinton
at the Sofitel in Redwood Shores, CA this coming Sunday at 4PM.
As many of you know I've been involved in Democratic politics for many
years and was a delegate to the last convention. In addition, as an
Arkansas native, I've known the Clintons for many years and have
supported the Senator in her past campaigns when I lived in New York.
While we are fortunate to have many good candidates on both sides
running this year, I think Senator Clinton represents the strong
leadership, tireless work ethic, unique experience in both the White
House and the Senate, and good judgment that will serve our country the
best.
For the event this Sunday, we plan a conversational format so the
Senator can answer your questions directly. No matter your political
leanings, hers is an important voice to be heard and this is an
opportunity to hear the substance yourself instead of in packaged sound
bites. I think we'd all agree this is an important election and we all
need to cast an informed vote.
I'd appreciate your support in helping the Senator sustain her campaign
so people can decide for themselves about her message
Regards,
Charles Phillips
