Hi Deanna,
I received your voice mail message last night. I think it is most
important that we have the transcript, as requested February 28, 2007,
so that everyone has an accurate record of the vote for 1906 El Camino
Real. You mentioned that you do not have enough staff time to do the
transcript but that Justin will prepare a memo. It would be great if
staff time was also spent on preparing the transcript.
I would appreciat it if you would leave a copy of the tape for 1906 ECR
at the front desk for me to pick up before Friday, if possible. If not,
I can get it March 19.
Please also add to the March 12th agenda reconsideration of the Action
section of the minutes that the PC approved on 2/26 for 1906 El Camino.
Thank you for all your help.
Sincerely, Kirsten Keith

Minutes for 1906 ECR
Hello,
Deanna, I request that we have a word for word transcription of the
audio tape of the relevant portion from the motion being made until the
vote was cast on 1906 ECR. I will not be at the meeting on the 12th and
would appreciate receiving this before March 9th, when I leave. Thank
you. Kirsten
