request to agendize reconsideration of PC Action section of Minutes for 1906 ECR

Kirsten (Chair), Deanna,

I would like to place on our next agenda a reconsideration of the Action
section of the minutes that the PC approved on 2/26 for 1906 El Camino
Real. When reading the minutes prior to our 2/26 meeting I neglected to
notice that the Action section states something that I believe is
incorrect. It states that the commission voted 4-3 to approve the Use
permit and deny architectural control. However, I believe that we voted 4-3
to recommend denial of the project (all three applications) on the basis
that the proposal does not meet two architectural control findings. I'm
sorry for the oversight.

Since this issue came up last night at the CC, I think it is important for
the PC to reconsider this section of the minutes to settle the record for
the public.
