*Public Relations or Strategic Planning Db lttr

I started working on Dumbarton Railroad issues about
sixteen years ago. The County has been through at
least three studies costing over $600,000.00, while
ignoring public comment. At no time have they
considered the whole range of public comment they have
received; instead, those comments have been discarded.
I want to insure that the all issues carefully
considered, and that all applicable laws are obeyed.
In particular, laws about ridership and funding--no
finding 20-50% of construction costs, starting
construction, and then transferring funds from other
transportation projects.

I want to mind your railroad station.
