To whom it may concern,
It has been brought to my attention that an application for a pre-school
is being reviewed for 1215 O'Brien Drive.
I have worked at 1010 O'Brien for 20 years and from my experience of the
street and area
it could be a tragedy waiting to happen if the Pre School is approved.
We have found used condoms and needles outside our 1105 O'Brien
facility.
The street if often used as high speed raceway and there have been
accidents to our employees. We have had personnel that were afraid to
walk down the street during daylight business hours.
Within the last couple of months we have had gun fire twice in the rear
area of 1010 O'Brien. Our building has had bullet holes though windows
and there is someone with a high power pellet gun shooting holes through
our front windows.
This is an industrial area and it should stay that way!
