Hello,

I am writing to voice my opinion regarding the
transfer of Vanessa Carlisle from her Belle Haven
position. I must admit that I do not know the
specifics of this decision, but I do know the positive
impact Vanessa has on the lives of the children she
works with and the Belle Haven community as a whole.
Whatever the benefits of cutting her position, I can't
imagine they come close to the negative impact this
decision would have.

There are certain people who act as the glue which
holds this sometimes volatile community together.
Vanessa is one of these people, and more importantly,
she shows the kids she works with the importance of
giving back to their community to make it stronger.
This is the kind of positive example this community
relies on for it's very future.

Please allow Vanessa Carlisle to continue serving the
Belle Haven community. This is where she is needed
most.
