Dear Council:
Based upon the fact that there is a current
surplus(with the full understanding that there were
one time non recurring charges), I strongly urge this
council to use its power under the utility tax
legislation and DELAY implementation of any tax until
the next fiscal year, at the earliest.
Thanks for your attention to this matter and your work
for our city.
