THERE IS A BIG DRAINAGE PROBLEM BETWEEN
HAIGHT STREET AND BAYSHORE FREEWAY
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MENALTO AVENUE.

I SENT PHOTOGRAPHS TO THE LAST CITY
COUNCIL BUT GOT NO HELP.!!!
